This isn't the first odd thing that's happened to you this week. Choose another CYOA, the choices made here are linked into that CYOA in whatever way makes the most sense.
Whenever you go to sleep from here on, you may choose to enter into an arena and have a duel against an opponent matched to your skill and ability level, picked from other people with access to the arena who participated that day. Victory will grant various mundane benefits in the waking world, while defeat will make the sleep far less restful than normal. You only possess your selected powers in the arena.
Upon your death, you will awaken as you are in another world, gaining your powers and being restored to good health. You are given any abilities the average person in this new world possesses, as well. You may choose the nature of this other world, within reason, and you do not possess your powers until you cross over. You may, additionally, choose to have chance altered such that you will die within 24 hours of making your choices, due to some form of accident or similar event.
At any point while you're awake you may choose to "daydream", entering a dungeon based on your surroundings and situation. You may freely adjust the difficulty of this dungeon, as well. Completing the dungeon (the criteria of which changes depending on its nature) will give you a ranking based on your overall performance, and the chance to make a request. Chance will then be altered to push reality towards fufilling that request, with harder dungeons and better ranks causing bigger changes. Failure to complete a dungeon will result in a migraine and nothing else. You only possess your powers within the dungeons.
You gain your powers immediately, however they are weakened and altered such that their usage could be reasonably dismissed as mundane happenstance or talent. Their growth speed, similarly, is slowed enough that you will have immense difficulty crossing the barrier from disprovable coincidence to outright magic. It will not, however, be impossible.
Additional information regarding your new abilities and the terminology used to describe them.
Attacks you perform deal some of their damage to the target's other resources, depending on the type. Magical attacks would harm mana, physical attacks stamina, verbal willpower, and so on. The damage to resources is added on to the base damage, not reducing the actual harm the attack does.
You may treat anywhere within the area around you as though you were presently in that location, without actually needing to relocate or reposition.
You have a highly accurate understanding of your own abilities, both in what you can do with them and how they interact with one another.
A small portion of all harm you take is reflected back at the attacker, protecting you from its harm. This reduction is applied before any other defenses are factored in.
The speed at which you can move directly increases the speed at which you can attack. The speed of alternate modes of movement counts for this increase, but only while they are in use.
You may reduce your own weight at will, down to weightlessness. You can undo or adjust the amount of lightening freely.
You can predict a moment into the future at all times. This perception does not disorient or confuse you, and "a moment" adjusts based on what is being predicted, such that you can see further into the future of things which move more slowly.
Incoming attacks are notably easier to dodge than they otherwise would be, as though factors which would limit your ability to dodge (exhaustion, inexperience, etc) were notably less present than they are, and factors which would assist your ability to do so (time, space, etc) were notably more present than they are.
Damage you deal will naturally shift and gravitate towards weak points within its targets, subtly altering its type, position and other such traits to do so.
You can redirect your momentum significantly more easily than normal. The effectiveness of this scales with how much control you have over your movement.
Obstructions and misdirection hold notably less sway over your senses than normal. Smoke and walls can be partially seen through, lies are less convincing, personal biases easier to ignore, and so on.
Harm you take increases your recovery speed proportionally. This recovery only scales in regards to recovering from the type of harm you took, and lasts until you fully recover from the harm.
You may increase the resource cost of attacks you perform, increasing their effectiveness proportionally to the increase.
The lower on resources you are, the faster any movement which uses those resources is.
You can tell, proportionally, how much of a given resource or resources any system you can perceive has left, including yourself.
Whenever you attack something, you heal and regain resources based on how much damage the attack dealt.
